Alkimii's onboarding module digitises the entire new-hire process, collecting documents, completing Revenue tax registration forms, and tracking compliance requirements. The scheduling and time-tracking tools integrate with payroll to automate gross pay calculations. The communications module provides a staff app for internal announcements, document sharing, and feedback. Alkimii is GDPR-compliant and stores all data within the EU, with Irish customer support.
