Who is eligible for the Enterprise Ireland grant?
Enterprise Ireland client companies with 10+ full-time staff in manufacturing or internationally traded services, and High Potential Start-Ups (HPSUs) with 5+ staff. Companies not currently EI clients may also be eligible if they have 10+ staff in eligible sectors.
How much does the audit actually cost me?
The grant covers 80% up to €5,000. For a standard 7-day audit, your out-of-pocket cost is approximately €1,250. No hidden fees.
How long does the audit take?
The engagement runs over 8–12 weeks, with approximately 7 days of actual consultancy time. This is spread across discovery sessions, analysis, and roadmap preparation — designed to fit around your day-to-day operations.
Do I need to have AI experience or a data team?
No. The audit is designed for businesses taking their first or next step with AI. We assess where you are today and build a realistic plan from there — whether you're using Excel or an ERP system.
What happens after the audit?
You own the roadmap and can implement it however you choose. We can recommend specific tools from our verified database, but there's no lock-in. Many businesses use the roadmap to apply for further Enterprise Ireland implementation funding.
