ServiceM8 is a good fit for Irish sole traders and micro-teams in trades who want a fast, iPhone-native workflow for quoting, dispatching, and invoicing jobs. The job-volume pricing model keeps costs low for smaller operators. The main caveats for Ireland are the lack of a dedicated EU data region (worth reviewing with your GDPR obligations), the absence of configurable Irish VAT rates, and no support for RCT or Reverse Charge VAT - you will need Xero or QuickBooks to handle those through the accounting integration. For a one-person plumbing or electrical business doing 30-50 jobs per month, it is hard to beat on simplicity and mobile experience.
