Overview

Notion AI adds AI-powered writing, summarisation, and knowledge management to the Notion workspace. For Irish SMEs using Notion for internal wikis, project documentation, or team collaboration, the AI features provide inline content generation, translation, meeting notes, and Q&A across your workspace. As of late 2025 Notion bundles AI access into the paid plans rather than selling it as a separate add-on - Free gets trial AI features, Plus (EUR 9.50 per seat per month) adds limited AI, and Business (EUR 19.50 per seat per month) and Enterprise (custom) expand AI access and enable features like Enterprise Search and Research Mode. Custom AI Agents are metered separately at USD 10 per 1,000 credits. Ireland is billed in euro on the public pricing page. Data is processed in the US via AWS; EU data residency is not advertised on the public pricing page and should be confirmed with Notion for any data-sensitive workload. No Irish-based support.
