Overview

Workforce.com is a platform built for businesses that run on shift-based, hourly staff. Roster building, time and attendance, labour forecasting and HR records live in one system, so hours flow from clock-in to approved timesheet without re-keying, and managers can see labour cost against sales in real time. Irish rules are built in, including automated public holiday benefit calculation, and approved timesheets feed straight through to your payroll provider.

Inside Workforce.com

How Workforce.com applies Irish public holiday rules: the decision logic below runs automatically for every member of staff, so the benefit lands as an allowance or leave request without a manager working it out by hand.

Editor's verdict on Workforce.com

stamped 2026-08-31

Workforce.com is workforce management for operators whose biggest controllable cost is hourly labour - hospitality, retail, healthcare and other multi-site, shift-based businesses. The pitch is one system from roster to approved timesheet, with live labour cost against sales while the rota is being built.

In Ireland it deliberately sits upstream of payroll: it does not file to Revenue, it feeds approved hours, premiums and public holiday entitlements into a Revenue-certified payroll package, which is where most PAYE corrections actually originate. Its native payroll module is UK-only (HMRC-recognised), so budget for a payroll package alongside it.

Pricing is quote-based per user per month, with no published starting point. The typical buyer is rostering across more than one location, though smaller single-site teams run it too. If you are still building rosters in spreadsheets, it belongs on the shortlist next to Bizimply.
