Workforce.com is workforce management for operators whose biggest controllable cost is hourly labour - hospitality, retail, healthcare and other multi-site, shift-based businesses. The pitch is one system from roster to approved timesheet, with live labour cost against sales while the rota is being built.

In Ireland it deliberately sits upstream of payroll: it does not file to Revenue, it feeds approved hours, premiums and public holiday entitlements into a Revenue-certified payroll package, which is where most PAYE corrections actually originate. Its native payroll module is UK-only (HMRC-recognised), so budget for a payroll package alongside it.

Pricing is quote-based per user per month, with no published starting point. Small single-site teams use it as well as multi-site operators. If you are still building rosters in spreadsheets, it belongs on the shortlist next to Bizimply.
