What this scheme funds

Digital for Business is the second-stage digital programme after the Trading Online Voucher, aimed at small businesses that have already started trading online and now need a structured plan to scale digital operations. The programme pairs the business with an approved digital consultant who delivers a digital action plan covering process automation, customer data systems, supply chain digitalisation, online presence and cybersecurity. A follow-on grant of up to EUR9,000 (50:50 cofunded) can then part-fund implementation: software licences, integration work, training, and process re-engineering. Eligibility was widened in 2024 to include businesses with 11 to 50 employees, replacing the older sub-10 only cap from earlier programme phases.
