Filing signals

Director changes and charges, as filed

Every week we poll the CRO submissions feed for a tracked set of Irish companies and publish the filings that carry a control or financing signal: director and secretary changes, charges registered against a company, and charges satisfied. Each filing links to the company's full record page.

Scope note: this is not the full CRO register. We poll profiled software vendors, companies on the Central Bank register tracker, and companies newly incorporated in the trailing 26 weeks - the CRO submissions API does not support a register-wide, date-filtered query, so a full-register version of this page is not possible with the data source available.

Annual returns

Annual return filings (form B1 and variants) are also polled, but recorded compactly rather than as their own dated pages - the filing volume is high and, unlike a director change or a charge, an annual return alone is not a distinguishing signal. Look up a company on its record page for its filing history.

Look up any Irish company in the Irish company search, or browse new companies by county and sector.
