Methodology and source

All-items Consumer Price Index from the CSO CPI release, resolved from the CSO PxStat API by table and statistic label. The headline year-on-year change is computed at build from the index level, not taken from the model. CPI tracks the price of a representative basket of goods and services and is read here as a cost-pressure signal for SMEs. The base period follows the CSO's current reference period.
